CASE STUDY: This client came to ZGMAD with part of an idea. The idea centered around a "fitness concierge" concept or a one-stop-shop for finding a personal trainer. Similar to hotel concierges, ski concierges, and the many boutique concierge services catering to Aspen's high-end clientele, this concept promised to take care of all the details so you could focus on enjoying the experience.
ZGMAD did extensive research on the market and competitors and realized that this idea wasn't adding anything new to the mix. There already were dozens of "boutique concierges" where all you had to do was call them or fill out a form with your request, they'd get back to you with a quote, you'd approve the cost, they'd make it happen and worry about the coordination & details (for a hefty fee of course).
ZGMAD wanted to eliminate the need for this back-and-forth. What could be an even more efficient way to do this? The answer was in matching on-demand requests with real-time supply ("uberification" if you will). ZGMAD changed the client's business concept from a "fitness concierge" model to an "instant booking" model, better enabling the success of the business.
From there, ZGMAD built out the concept knowing that convenience is what drives the market for on-demand services. After creating the go-to-market strategy, logo, brand identity, website, copy/verbiage, etc., ZGMAD was able to integrate a real-time booking platform to bring the project full circle and deliver a promising business into the market.
